Does this talisman belong to the cult of the Elder gods, the great old ones, Cthulhu himself, or something worse?

An amulet I crafted out of Epoxy sculpting putty (which I encased an old pewter coin keychain to give the amulet weight) Painted to mimic ancient Bronze. Eye painted with yellow and red water based paint witha coat of hard seal.
